Renters must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license (SIM A for Indonesian citizens or an International Driving Permit for foreigners).
Valid ID (KTP or passport) must be provided at the time of booking.
A security deposit may be required, refundable upon return of the vehicle in good condition.
The minimum rental duration is 12 hours unless otherwise stated.
Daily rental is calculated on a 24-hour basis. Late returns may be subject to overtime charges.
The vehicle may only be driven by the renter or registered additional drivers.
The renter agrees not to use the vehicle for illegal purposes, racing, or off-road driving.
The renter is responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal violations incurred during the rental period.
Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned with the same fuel level. Refueling charges may apply if returned with less fuel.
All vehicles include basic insurance coverage. This does not cover negligence, loss of personal items, or damage due to unauthorized use.
In case of an accident or damage, the renter must inform Ready Car Rent immediately and provide a police report if applicable.
The renter is liable for any damage not covered by insurance or caused by misuse.
Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a booking.
Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and digital payment (e.g., QRIS, e-wallet).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at agreed rates.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the rental period will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee up to 50% of the rental charge.
Delivery and pick-up services are available upon request and may incur additional fees, depending on the location.
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when it was rented.
Any interior or exterior damage, stains, or missing items will be charged to the renter.
Ready Car Rent is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
